Guardian Adsorber Series

Our line of carbon adsorption systems consists of off-the-
shelf  and custom fabricated units to fit any application.  These
systems are designed for even flow distribution and adequate
velocity to maximize contact time and minimize channeling.

Our technical staff can assist with isotherm prediction
modeling to determine how much the carbon consumption rate
would be based upon flow rate, concentration and contaminants
being removed.  In addition, we can supply turnkey on-site
change out service which includes removal of spent via vacuum
system, replacement of virgin or reactivated carbon, disposal of
hazardous or non-hazardous spent carbon, all labor,
materials and transportation.

Off-The-Shelf Guardian Adsorber Series™

We have in stock and ready to ship standard liquid and vapor phase systems consisting of 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 pound units.  These pressure vessels can handle flow rates from 5 gpm-50 gpm and 50 cfm to 500 cfm.  In addition, they are available for purchase or lease and can typically ship within 2-3 days.

        

Custom Fabricated Guardian Adsorber Series™

We can custom design a system to meet any liquid or vapor flow rates.  These systems are made from steel or fiberglass depending upon the application/site conditions.  Systems can handle up to several hundred gpm and 100,000 cfm.  We can provide control panels, installation, and maintenance.
